The Nintendo Switch and its popular game, <br />'Animal Crossing: New Horizons,' continue to <br />drive sales amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The company sold about 5.7 million Switch's and <br />10.6 million copies of 'Animal Crossing: New Horizons' <br />from April through June. 22.4 million copies of the game have been <br />sold overall, making it Nintendo's second best-selling <br />game of all time after 'Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.' Nintendo plans to release new games this <br />fall, including 'Pikmin 3 Deluxe' and new <br />content for Pokémon enthusiasts.
